Arkansas-Oklahoma COVID-19 Relief Fund Grant

Understanding that the church is stronger when we support one another, the Apostle Paul encouraged the Corinthian church to contribute to a fund for the church in Jerusalem during a time of famine (2 Corinthians 8-9).  In the spirit of Paul, the AR-OK Synod Council has approved the formation of a "COVID-19 Relief Grant Fund" to help support Arkansas-Oklahoma Synod congregations which are struggling because of the pandemic.

Over $3700 has already been received for this fund from generous individuals and congregations.  We are very grateful for these gifts!  If you would like to join them in supporting our congregations and ministries during this time, you can do so by clicking on the Give A Gift button and indicate that your gift is for the COVID-19 Relief Grant Fund. Joined with funds in existing disaster and other designated funds, we can help these congregations continue to do ministry in Jesus' name.

Working together in this way it is our prayer that, as Paul says,  "The one who had much did not have too much, and the one who had little did not have too little.”  (2 Corinthians 8:15)

May God bless all your ministries and the people served by your congregations.
